    I am wondering why the elements rightsSummary, rightsLink, & rightsEmbedded are restricted to only 1 or less.
    In the light of various rights regimes, which some folks are not fully knowledgeable about, such as Creative Commons, it might be useful to be able to use Summary and Link in the same container.
    CC provides users with a complex link, running into the 100+ character count, as well as a plain language explanation of the license. It would be nice to record these in the separate elements, as it might make things more human readable, as interface could choose to ignore the link and print the summary if both are available.

    A rightsType field set would be really useful…
